Frome Community Bike Project offer a range of service options performed by Aitor, our professional mechanic.

Kids bike safety check
Make sure your little one’s bike is in tip top shape with a once over from the team. We’ll check and adjust brakes, drivetrain, handlebars and tyres and fit new parts in order to get your kids bike ready to roll.
Available for bikes with up to 24″ wheels (generally age 8 – 10)
£30 plus parts
Basic Service
We carry out a full safety check, including any adjustment and tuning. Includes adjustment of everything adjustable!

- Headset
- All fixings and fasteners checked and tightened
- Chain lubricated
- Tyres pressured
£45 plus parts
General Service
We cover everything in the Basic Service plus basic wheel true, and labour for replacing regular wearable parts and accessories including:
- Inner and gear cables
- Chain
- Cassette
- Brake pads
- Tyres
We recommend this service every 6 – 12 months, depending on how much you use your bike
